As an addendum to my last post I (unfortunately) have to explain my stance on the use of these terms for people who hide their discomfit through the use of politically correct language.
The word “gay” irritates me. It sounds like a fairy traipsing through the forest. I don’t identify with it. Other people whose behaviour befits the term can go ahead and use it to describe themselves. I don’t wish to denigrate effeminate fags; there’s a place for all of us. I have to admit I’ve fallen into the Generation Y habit of using the word “gay” to describe things that suck and I should probably try not to use the word in this way.
The word “homosexual” sounds like a disease. It also connotes precision in the classification of sexuality. Sexuality is diverse, complicated and blurry. Humans know next to nothing about it.
The word “fag” is an appropriation of old pejorative word. It has a strong sound. It sounds like me. It sounds like “I don’t give a fuck what you think”. It sounds like rebellion, which is more of an apt description of my sexuality than anything else. I refuse to be held down by either fags or heteros in any area of my life. It encompasses all forms of sexual expression that society tries to quash. If I want to fuck a woman it’s not your business. If I want to fuck a man it’s not your business. If I want to have a vibrating butt plug up me while I run my tongue up and down a wife’s clitoris and a husband’s cock and balls as they fuck that’s none of your business. I’m a soul above sexuality, not limited by my biology or societal constraints. I’m a fag. Fuck off.

GHB, Crystal Meth, Getting People Hooked on You
The perfect way that older, uglier fags get young guys to continue hanging out with them is by getting them hooked on ice (you’re pretty much addicted after the first smoke) and complementing it with GHB/GBH/Gamma-OH. GHB is an anti-paranolytic, releasing oxytocin to make you more gullible. It’s happened to me a few years ago with a certain celebrity fag (I might have been hooked on the fame factor as well but prefer not to think so) and recently it happened to someone close to me. You can’t tell whether you’re attracted to the person or the drugs. Crystal is the most evil drug in the world.
Neurochemical/Societal Impact of Scheme to Replace Energy-Inefficient Lightbulbs
Fluorescent bulbs change people’s neurochemistry. Most Asperger’s people find them too intense and can become agitated by them. People with alternative or sensitive brain architecture can have their moods lifted after a few minutes of exposure. Under my alternative-brain-architecture-as-canary-in-the-coal-mine hypothesis Malcolm Turnbull’s scheme to mandatorily replace old light bulbs with energy-efficient fluorescent ones has implications for the brain activity of the population at large.

Reba Meagher at Richard’s on the Park
Reba Meagher is a talentless labor-right hack who has presided over the gutting of tenancy protections in NSW. That shitty little “your rights” pamphlet landlords are obliged to give tenants is an effective information blackout compared to the old, substantial booklet they used to have to give out. And combining the old Tenancy Tribunal with the Consumer and Fair Trading Tribunal makes it harder.
But what I really hate is her attitude to the largely indigent population in her seat of Cabramatta. She’s hardly lived there, making various excuses for why she can’t leave her old residence in Mosman or Coogee or wherever. And I really hate how she sits at a corner table at Richard’s on the Park (nee “The Kookaburra”) in Canley Vale with the owner, her back to the rest of the room, desperately hoping that none of the common folk approach her while she greedily slugs down free red wine with the one of the two fat co-owners of Richard’s on the Park. I hate Reba Meagher! I hate one of the co-owners that has “Vicki” as her numberplate. And I hate that her ugly face is plastered all over both the exterior and interior of Richard’s on the Park every election. The old Kookaburra is a poker-machine vampire in a suburb that needs to hold on to every dollar it can to feed itself.

My Favourite Germaine Greer Quote
I put this quote on my Mum’s lounge room wall in 2003; it’s my favourite Germaine Greer quote.
“Liberty is terrifying but it is also exhilarating. Life is not easier or more pleasant for [women] who have set off on their journey to awareness, but it is more interesting, nobler even… The woman who accepts a way of life which she has not knowingly chosen, acting out a series of contingencies falsely presented as destiny, is truly irresponsible. To abdicate one’s own moral understanding, to tolerate crimes against humanity, to leave everything to someone else, the father-ruler-king-computer, is the only irresponsibility. To deny that a mistake has been made when its results are chaos visible and tangible on all sides, that is irresponsibility”
Germaine Greer The Female Eunuch 1970.

Germaine Greer vs Steve Irwin pt II
This is too coincidental to be anything other than a direct attack on Germaine Greer in the wake of her attack Steve Irwin after his death. It’s also a cultural salvo; Steve Irwin the exploitative John Howard supporter vs Germaine Greer the intellectual inquisitor. Hate to simplify to right-vs-left. Germaine Greer’s portrait has been replaced by Steve Irwin’s in the National Portrait Gallery. Childish and vindictive. Anyone’s who’s happier to have Steve Irwin rather than Germaine Greer as a product of our nation should be deported via those citizenship tests they’re about to bring in. Retrospectively. Even if you’re born here. You have to earn citizenship! Anyway about to assuage my anger with next post.
